There are frozen embryos stored at IV facilities all over the country, because of patients’ planning or administrative/legal tangles. They number in at least the tens of thousands, IIRC.

Update that—Data-gathering is poor, but the estimate is 100’s of thousands to 1 million. So maybe a half million Freezer People are waiting for GOP legislators to declare them murder victims.
