Disagree. Representatives of the state not acting on the state’s behalf can generally be fought with the state’s assistance. If the po-po keeps showing up at my house in what i strongly believe is a civil affair, i’ll lawyer up and get on the offensive. If the state condones the po-po showing up at my house, i’m in huuuge trouble.
