I saw a reference to this mess in a Facebook comment this morning (friend of a friend). I didn’t even know what it was about at the time. Someone made a snide crack about a USDA employee in defense of some other topic. The wingnuts love to grab onto these things as if they cancel out little things like torture, ill-conceived wars, etc. And not only are they utterly insignificant, they end up being false! Ugh! You just want to slap some sense into them.
