Customer service is awful everywhere. I shop at Target because Walmart is worse.

What pissed me off at Target was that I was in there to buy one item, I got to a checkout and they were hawking their Target rewards card and the person in front decided to sign up for it (Sidebar: What idiot would give Target their checking or banking account information to sync with their rewards card?), and I was told this would take several minutes and I could go to their “food bar” (or whatever it’s called) and be rang up there and there was no line. I go to the “food bar” counter, and guess what? There’s absolutely no one there. I wait 30 seconds, drop the stuff on the counter, and walk out at that point.

What idiot at Target decided that they were going to hawk their stupid ass rewards card system by making anyone who wanted to sign up for it block a whole check out counter for several minutes?
