I think another political decision. They probably think responding would show they give a crap about the comments. Cheney is about the most unpopular politician out there, so I think they’ll just let him rant. His approval rating are even lower then when he was in office, much lower then even Bush. He’s rallying the base, but that’s it.

A link to those approval ratings you mention above, please. And, of course he’s rallying the base, who the fuck do you think he is talking to, YOU. And if his approval ratings are lower then when he was in office, then how in hell can he be rallying anyone.
