Hallal requirements for Muslims might be less stringent, but kosher food can NOT be prepared and served alongside non-kosher, it has to be prepared and served on completely separate utensils.

So if contraceptives reside on the same policy as all the other coverages then just don’t use it. If their faith is so frail that they have to have it banned all over just so they won’t use it, maybe it is time to reevaluate your faith.

Well, this is a bad analogy. Health care plans are not subject to kosher supervision. I mean, people can still subscribe to a health care plan and just not make use of the contraceptives or abortions options. It is totally nothing like eating at a kosher cafeteria.
