Hm. Don’t know what to make of that.
Thing is, Finnish writing system has been invented comparitively late, in the 16th century. It’s therefore highly consistent with spoken Finnish and avoids a lot of inconsistencies between sound and letters that exist in languages that developed their writing systems much earlier and then over history developed deviations.
