Would it be a crime to use a semi-sharp object to sratch off that sticker?

I was thinking more in terms of putting another bumper sticker on top of it, saying simply “Have a Nice Day.” So as not to risk damaging his car.

Ironically, that would be a crime, but calling for the violent murder of the president of the United States is perfectly fine, as long as it’s a Republican you’re talking about murdering.
