McCain seems to gloss over the fact that the SOFA agreement with Iraq, stating we would pull all troops out by end of 2011 was negotiated by the Bush admin in 2008.

Obama just followed through. The fact that the Iraqi govt voted against a residual force also seems to elude him.

It does not elude him, he just knows that it eludes his constituency.
