Oddly, I thought those were the points I was making by this:

a) develop familiarity with nuclear materials handling; and
b) provide cover for producing nuclear weaponry.

My point isn’t that those aren’t good points. It’s that we never hear the other points.

Without hearing them, there’s no reason to doubt the “war is inevitable” argument.
