By that measure, the fact that Koch has selected underlings who continue to run his business successfully means they’re more entitled to the wealth his company produces than he is. Think he’ll be taking a massive pay cut anytime soon?

Not really. If anything he will take credit for his brilliant leadership and management skills and expect a large (er) bonus.
