Here in WA state, the feds just hit an employer, a rather large orchard complex. Over 500 were busted and the owners fined and facing further prosecution. It had the affect of dropping the school enrollment one whole classification, from Class A to Class B.

So, who should we blame? The employer? The workers? The feds?
