It’s not that easy.
Tornadoes form only under certain conditions. Even increased heavy rainfall (likely outcome in many areas as the troposphere warms) does not mean there will be more tornadoes.
Tornadoes form frequently in the US due to unique orographic features, and the proximity of the Gulf of Mexico (which supplies warm, energy ladened air) to the latitudes through which during spring and summer there is a very strong jet stream.
It’s possible in warmer world that the US might have fewer tornadoes, though more rain and floods.
