I’m a paper thin crust kinda guy. I grew up in a neighborhood that had a no name pizza place where I saw the guy (probably named Vinnie) spinning the dough like a true artist every day and you could get a Neapolitan slice for 75c and a Sicilian slice for a buck, and they were both heaven on earth. Nothing will ever beat that.
We just don’t have that out here man. That I’ve ever seen anyway.
