Very carefully cut along the noose part of the sticker, peel the noose off, and place it beside the Obama sticker.
But that would be very wrong.

That would still be vandalizing someone else’s property.

How about this: I make my own bumper sticker, with a noose, and the words “Support Obama.” Then I put it on my own car, park right next to the other guy’s car, and videotape what happens next.
