It just seems strange to me that President Bush is the only president in my lifetime who never apologized for anything, or acknowledged he had made any mistakes.

I don’t recall Bush apologizing for America, nor do I recall Bush ever calling a police officer stupid for arresting a belligerent friend. What I recall were the constant demands that Bush apologize for political differences and policy decisions. Oh, yeah… and Katrina.
