It’s definitely a stuck delete key on her MBP. Her repeated frustrated clicking on the File drop down menu proves it. If you do that while holding down the delete key the menu will appear and then immediately disappear as soon as you move the cursor down.

Wasn’t there a guy from the Guardian who similarly made a fool of himself while he was working on a Snowden book, claiming his story was disappearing before his eyes?
