The whole “First Amendment/freedom of speech” argument rubs me the wrong way every goddamn time. I wish these people who pretend to understand Constitutional law would actually sit down and read the goddamn words, just once.

All these people got their law degrees on Google and Twitter. The 1A has no bearing on a company controlling content on their privately operated system.
