Of course it was — the Tea Party pod people are trying their best to look like respectable human beings these days, after the NAACP resolution and all the criticism over their blatant racism and extremism. The national astroturfers probably read the riot act to the North Iowa Tea Party rubes.

NPR did a story on the Tea Party this morning, and they passed their own resolution condemning racism within their ranks in response to the NAACP. Yes, they’re trying to white-wash their image…ooh, did I say white-wash? Sorry.
