Michael Dunn said nothing about them having a weapon. All he said was he “heard” a threat and then proceeded to empty a clip into the car resulting in the murder of Jordan Davis. The other two in the car could have easily be been murdered by this nut. The shooter and his girlfriend then drove back the the hotel they were staying. They then drove back home in Satellite Beach, Florida and he finally turned himself in to the police. He’s being held without bond on a second degree murder charge.

That’s not what he’s claiming

Dunn’s attorney, Robin Lemonidis of Melbourne, stated her client “absolutely” saw someone with a shotgun in the red sport-utility vehicle next to his car at the convenience store that night.

He might be full of shit but there’s a big difference between the claim of hearing a threat and seeing a shotgun.
