Rights have limitations. I see no reason that the limitations you’ve suggested can or should be the only ones.
That was the short version. In fact guns are already quite highly regulated - certainly more than speech is. However going into the details of the NFA of 1934 or the GCA of 1968 or the 1984 modifications to them isn’t going to change the basic concept that the current court has held there is an individual right to gun ownership and that barring ownership or even licensing ownership ala cars is not going to pass judicial review.
