In other news this morning, I have finally conquered the sinus infection that has been dogging me for months!

I did a consult with a holistic practitioner regarding my asthma and allergies, and he started me on nasal lavage. 2 days into it, and I’m symptom free.

I just knew that you’d all want to know ;).

IR … so glad you are better … is that one of those teapot things that you run salt water through your nose … I heard they work … but I was always afraid to try them … isn’t it kinda freaky feeling or do you get use to it …
