Im up here Dayton, we’ve fired 4 firefighters in the last 9 months, none have gotten their jobs back, nor does it look good for any of them.

If the city dots their I’s, and crosses their T’s its not tough to fire someone….. if they fail to do things correctly they’ll lose at arbitration.

A fired employee getting their job back is normally a case of bad managers, managing badly
