So can CBP agents pretty much do whatever the hell they want? Feels like they leaped to enact the unconstitutional Muslim Ban and have expanded it well beyond nationals of the seven countries. A lot of Brown/Black people, including U.S. citizens (Muhammed Ali’s son) are getting caught up in this anti-immigration hysteria.
