Welp, I made tacos even though I have never had a real actual taco to compare it to. This is what it looked like. I took a bunch of leftover roast beef and cooked it up with taco seasoning and a bunch of onions and jalapenos.

It was really spicy (which I like) but I had to eat a popsicle afterwards.
