Google is getting very aggressive about their Adsense personalization these days. You’re probably seeing that because you just visited the zombie site. That site probably had some Google ad code on it, so Google could track that you visited it, and now you’ll see ads for it.

That gets pretty annoying when you look at something once, decide you don’t want it, and then are followed by ads for it for for a week afterwards.
