That’s a far cry from even an acquittal. It’s nothing, air, fluff. It’s literally a baseless allegation.

You are correct…if the allegation is indeed baseless. However I would remind you that I was responding to your statement “Who needs courts, when we can play this game?” which implies that a court proceeding would necessarily have settled the matter.
