Obviously, if Occupy wasn’t going on, the overdose wouldn’t have occurred. If Fast and Furious hadn’t let guns go into Mexico, the Mexican gangsters wouldn’t have been able to get guns and would give up on the idea of murder. If you intercept a shipment of cocaine, the addicts will simply accept that they won’t be able to get enough cocaine and check into rehab programs. If you have a homeless problem in Golden Gate Park, destroying their encampments, sweeping them out, and giving them fines is a good tactic. Rapists only target people in public parks, preferably crowded ones.
