The fact that there was a vicious attack on ta GOP staffer after an event that was protested by anarchists is not debunked.

The idea that the attack was necessarily politically motivated is debated.

I suspect some neer-do-wells attracted by the protest could have been involved but there is no evidence of that short of some arrests.
