Palin Threatens to Renounce Republican Ties.

Former Alaskan Governor Sarah Palin threatened to renounce all Republican Party ties this morning if another day passes without Palin-related press.

“If I don’t see one article a day,” she threatened, “I am a Republican no more.”

This would have drastic effects for the Republican Party, as Palin identifies as Republican not just on the back cover of her memoir but also every time that she orders coffee from small independently-owned coffee shops in Alaska.

“I will update my Wikipedia page,” she elaborated, “if I don’t see at least one blurb about mine truly on CNN every day.”
