recent exchange with the lady friend after being left unsupervised at the market:

LF (going through back): um, KG, why is there half a pecan pie in the bag? That wasn’t on the list.
KG: I walked past and it was like “heeeeeey” and then it was in the cart.
LF: that doesn’t make any sense.
KG: Look, the better question is why is there only half a pecan pie in the bag?
LF: Fair.
