He just got the packet from the Army Human Resource bunch on Tuesday. I didn’t look at the paper work but my husband did and he’s suppose to report to Ft. Jackson by 4/18. He was a radiology tech so I’m guessing he would go back in as a tech again. I can’t bring myself to even look at the orders.

Is he IRR, being recalled to fill a vacancy in a unit?

And yes, if he’s a radiology tech, I would imagine that’s what thy’ll have him do. Probably assign him to a Combat Support Hospital.
