No, he shouldn’t be living beyond his means, but I think the point was those means aren’t quite what they would be to someone with a single residence in St. Louis or somewhere.

That said, I don’t have any sympathy for him either.

Yeah—most residents of St. Louis don’t go on pricey Italian and Hawaiian vacations…or buy hundreds of dollars of tequila shots at bachelor parties…or spend 4 nights at pricey hotels with persons other than their wives…or fly their bunnies cross-country. (At least I don’t think they do.)

And the Hunters were living campaign donation to campaign donation rather than paycheck to paycheck anyway.
