IOW, Esper got an earful from Donny about how he “needs” those troops in D.C. in to “dominate” the city and to make it happen “or else.” And Esper, like the good little doggy he is, obeyed without question.

I hope this means the uniformed chiefs are getting wobbly on Cheeto, but it doesn’t seem likely. Milley has certainly seemed compliant enough so far.
