Once upon a time, I had a blog. Back in the day. I wrote a lot about having a child on the autism spectrum,gardening and liberal politics.

I attracted the attention of a right wing religious lunatics who called himself Patriarch Verlch. He left awful responses to my posts, blogspot wouldn’t do much back then. One morning I opened my email to find a satellite photo of my son’s school with the words “you should visit the school today” as the only text in the email. I called the police, who said they couldn’t do anything because the sender was likely from another state. So I called the GBI, no help there either. I shut down the account rather than risk anyone’s safety. At the time my sister was dating an IT guy who fixed computers for a living and he was able to track the email to a location in Washington state. This dude was a self proclaimed MRA who made it his life goal to “eradicate the scourge of feminism and the damage it has done to men and the American family”. This was almost 20 yrs ago. These fuckers have only become more united and pissed off, they truly hate everyone.
