Not just that, but then you talk about adding an image to depict “the invasiveness of the abortion”. This is, almost without fail, the kind of thing I expect to hear from someone who’s anti-abortion, as part of their quest to demonize the procedure, those involved in performing them or around them, and those that have them. So yeah, I don’t buy that you’re not just trying to make an thinly veiled attack on abortion and the rights of women in general.

My point is that the original post showed an image that depicts the invasiveness of the sonogram procedure in order to invoke an emotional response. The actual abortion procedure is even more invasive. Showing pictures of things like this in order to invoke an emotional response is the anti-abortion movement’s method of choice for getting their point across and I don’t like it. The fact that the sonogram procedure is FORCED is enough for me to be against it.
