Well, they do require continuing education, too. I wouldn’t trust any professional who didn’t keep up with that. Is he still in practice (does he have the time for it) or is it left up to the “help”?

He’s still in practice (lord knows he doesn’t do any actual work in DC) and even goes to Central America for pro bono work during one of the many Senate long breaks.
Thus his vaccine photo op last week.
