I made my Christmas dinner reservation with the Pacific Dining Car. Now I got to make up my mind for dinner do I want their Organic Roasted Turkey or the Beef Wellington?

Just a few questions should settle this.

1) When was the last time I ate turkey?

2) When was the last time I ate beef Wellington?

3) Can I make a really good turkey myself, or do I at least have a close friend who can?

4) Same as 3), but substitute “beef Wellington” for “turkey.”

Your course should become obvious.
