with locally higher amounts possible.

* WHERE…Box Butte, Banner, and Morrill counties.

* WHEN…Until noon MDT today.

* IMPACTS…Expect dangerous travel conditions. Be prepared for
icy, snow covered roads and low visibilities in falling and
blowing snow.
