For sure. Fingerprints and the whole ball of wax. Through background check and no licenses for those with violent criminal records, mental health records taken into consideration, etc. I cashed a check the other day and gave them my fingerprint. What was I going to say no? But you have people that refuse to get a Safeway card and are paranoid about throwing out their address from mail in the garbage. I never understood that.
