Haven’t seen Viz for like 20 years. “Top Tips” was always my favourite regular item:

They once printed three top tips from the same guy in one issue:

“Bored at work? Place a bottle of vodka in your desk draw and take periodic sips from it throughout the day.”

“Nervous about visiting the dentist? Simply down two double gins before you leave the house: this will settle your nerves.”

“Having trouble sleeping? Try putting half a bottle of whiskey in your bedtime cup of warm milk to help you drop off.”
