Shed? No, but contracts are reviewed and re-written by the Receiver in a bankruptcy. All contract - employees, vendors, unions, all the way down to copier leases and office supplies.

This should have happened to all these company back in the fall. The bailouts are a joke and these companies are starting to see that the jokes on them.
