Don’t really know enough about that general - KT”s whining keeps me not wanting to bother - but this caught my eye:

Good for a Counter Insurgency but dead meat against any real enemy. For mud moving the 23’s are actually not too bad. Hang some rocket pods on those hard points and most will be cowering & looking for cover. But the 21’s & helios are not worth much in the real world.
