That’s what I’m wondering, too. If so, it hardly seems like “stimulus”. I mean, are we going to double the amount of ham we buy for prisoners (or are the packers just gonna double the price to cut down on unnecessary ppwk)?
And that’s it? That’s the brilliant recovery plan that we spent a huge amount of our future wealth on?
