When I lived near the Farmers Market in Los Angeles, in the first permit parking neighborhood in the city ( so you KNOW how bad the parking was..) There was a beat up old Toyota who must have had a job that required it to be parked late, long after all the legal spaces were filled, and it’s apartment did not include parking. Parked on red, most nights.

Anyway, it had, on the top right of the rear bumper, a sticker, with a picture of a BIG spider, wearing a meter maid cap, and the caption was “Meter maids eat their young”.
Funny as heck! It had a LOT of tickets in the 2 years I lived there.
