Any other notable examples outside Hunger Games? I confess I’m pretty bad at noticing wigs and toupees since no one in my family has had to wear one ever that I know of.

Just about every TV star, except for the guys who buzz/shave their heads.

“Spencer” in Criminal Minds and “Deeks” on NCIS:LA the most egregiously bad ones.
