I could photoshop the exact picture they want in about five minutes, and it wouldn’t have cost a cent. Apparently the “new era of fiscal responsibility” in DC includes wasting at least $100,000 on a completely unnecessary photo, that could have easily been created with the standard photo shop equipment on a PC.
