Actually, yes. Nothing earth-shaking, but fun, silly, and well done. Farce is farce, and Sellers was up to the game. As I recall, he played the Duchess, the Chamberlain, and Tully (??), who led the troops, in plate armor and armed with halberds, to invade New York.

To surrender in New York, not invade. But they captured the Q-Bomb, and so “conquered” the US.
