I understand how you all feel - I don’t like this loathsome man either. However, it is important to note why he incurred excommunication latae sententiae. It happened in the 1980s and had nothing to do with his beliefs about the Holocaust.

He is one of six bishops who were automatically excommunicated when they were consecrated as bishops by Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre, of the Society of St. Pius X, in Switzerland in the 1980s, for directly participating in an episcopal consecration in the absence of a papal mandate.

Does that mean that he is considered a BISHOP?, a PRIEST? or a LAYMAN?
If a Layman, I can understand, if a Priest, less so, if a Bishop, not at all.
