There are many more accomplished food people on this blog, but I’m going to share what I’m getting ready to enjoy.
When I was in Florida I worked at an Irish Pub. Yes, we were busy on St. Patty’s day, but otherwise it was more a bar with great food. They made this jerk chicken and yellow rice & I’ve been hooked ever since.
Ever notice that the best ethnic food comes from Irish bars… what’s up with that?
